When we visited Austin Ridge display for the first time, we saw the difference in the quality of Arbor construction- yes, we did look at the finish work inside the closets. It was a pleasant surprise to see that same quality in Prospect Lakes and Ellermann Oaks, regardless of price.

Thank you for taking the time to meet with us and customize your plans to meet our specific needs. Many builders claim to be "custom" builders, but very few can pull it off as painlessly as you. How many builders do you know who would drive their customers to a brickyard in the city, just to help them make their brick selection? Although we do not plan to move anytime, we would gladly choose Arbor to build our next home.

Hats off to you and your entire Arbor staff, we enjoyed working with them, especially Jeanne, John and Chris, who led us down the home building path.

We just wanted to let you and any prospective Arbor Home owner know how very much we enjoyed our building experience with Arbor and how pleased we are with our new home.

Dear Greg,

Working with all of your staff has been a wonderful experience! We appreciated all of your patience and guidance during the planning of our new home. Karen and Jeanne were very helpful, and again, I repeat, patient while we were trying to decide on all of the details.

All of the workmen were so very kind to put up with our looking over their shoulders and getting in the way while they were trying to get their work done. It really was fun for us to watch as our house moved through the many stages. As the house neared completion, we felt that the crew was almost as pleased with how it turned out as we were!! At least they made us feel that way.

We have especially enjoyed working with John, your foreman. With all of the details he had to pay attention to, he never failed to take the time to answer our numerous questions - he treated us like this was the only house he had to build! He really worked hard trying to make sure we were satisfied.

Our home is lovely and though we knew it would be nice, it has far exceeded our expectations. Thank you for the lovely afghan that Karen dropped by our house. It will look great in our home and we will enjoy using it.

It seems like yesterday when Margarite, Brittany & I first walked into an Arbor Homes’ display in 1993. We were in the midst of transferring from Chicago. We developed a very nice rapport with the Arbor Homes’ team from the beginning (even though they were Cardinal fans).

Back in those days, Greg was still wearing his carpenter’s belt and impressed everyone with his hands on knowledge, experience and friendliness. After 4 years of living in an Arbor Homes custom built two story, we decided to look for a ranch home. After a brief tour of other builders in St. Charles, we decided that Arbor Homes not only offered more bang for the buck than the others- but again, the family atmosphere of the Arbor Homes’ team pulled us together to build our second home.

Although we loved the ranch home with mature trees and ½ acre lot, we decided to build an atrium ranch. We knew that Arbor Homes was building in a gorgeous neighborhood (Austin Ridge) with mature trees and access to the Katy Trail. We decided to take a look and fell in love with the area- so Arbor Homes built our 3rd home. Thank you Greg and Arbor Homes for all of your help!

Lu and I would like for you to know how pleased we are with our new home. We appreciate the fact that you were involved at every level and extremely heplful every step of the way. You addressed all our concerns and had solutions to all the problems we perceived.

We also thoroughly enjoyed working with Debbie through it all. She may be new with your company, but she certainly is very professional, very detailed and followed through on everything we brought to her.

We would like for you to know that Chris was also a pleasure to work with as well as the carpenters and other members of your staff that we met up with when we came through the house. They were extremely helpful and courteous to us.

When our lender postponed our closing date, we were pretty much devastated until you offered to let us move in and have items delivered as had been planned. That was a godsend for us and we are very grateful.

As you well know, it is not often that your customers tell you how happy they are with the home that you built or how well the various members of the Arbor Homes Team performed during the construction of their home. I’d like to share with you the very exciting experience we had in building our “dream home”.

Craig and I were very apprehensive about building a new home. We were having difficulty finding a builder that could provide us with a home that had the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that we wanted and had in our current home. In building a custom home, I also wanted the opportunity to have a “hands on” relationship with the builder as the house was being built. I wanted the opportunity to be on site when things were under construction to discuss any special designs/features we wanted in our home and to change things “on the fly” if we chose to do so.

We knew after the first time we met you, and saw the quality craftsmanship of your homes, that we had found our builder. The often times very stressful experience of building a new home, as told by many new home buyers, was not a situation we ever encountered. All of the people we worked with at Arbor Homes were very knowledgeable and always willing to make sure things happened the way you wanted them, and that includes the carpenters and field personnel. Even “after-the-sale”, we have found that Arbor Homes is still there to make sure any and all issues are handled to your satisfaction. Thanks to you and all of the members of your staff that made our “dream home” an exciting experience.
